These terms govern use of the Cubesphere Data website, API (api.cubesphere.xyz), and MCP server (mcp.cubesphere.xyz), operated by Cubesphere ("we"). By using the services you accept these terms.
Nothing provided by the services is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The data describes public regulatory filings and mechanical derivations from them. We make no recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Data is derived from public SEC EDGAR filings. Filings contain errors, arrive late, and get amended; our parsing and interpretation may also contain defects. The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for a particular purpose. The service is in beta: endpoints, fields, limits, and availability may change without notice.
You may not: exceed or circumvent rate limits; disrupt or probe the infrastructure; misrepresent the data's origin; or use the services for unlawful purposes. Free-tier access is provided for evaluation and reasonable production use within published limits.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses arising from use of the services. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (zero for free use).
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above changes when we do. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
