When you call the API or MCP server we record, per request: a one-way hash of your IP address (for rate limiting and abuse prevention — we do not store the raw IP in our usage database), the endpoint and parameters called, response status, and timing. Standard web-server logs are kept briefly for operations and security.
No advertising trackers, no analytics cookies, no sale of personal data. This site sets no cookies.
We keep the correspondence to answer you. Nothing else is done with it.
The datasets describe public SEC regulatory filings, which by law identify corporate insiders by name and role. We republish and derive from these public records as filed with the SEC.
